Here on the island, we already know that St. John is among the best travel destinations in the world. But now we’ve got independent confirmation!
The New York Times just ranked Coral Bay #4 on its list of Places to Go in 2016.
“It’s a big world out there, so we’ve narrowed it down for you,” writes the Times, praising Coral Bay: “The beaches are less crowded, the emphasis is on local over commercial, and the people share a friendly sense of neighborhood pride.”
We’re so laid back here, fashion’s not exactly a top priority, so we were tickled to also be featured in Vogue.
In enticing readers to make St. John this year’s winter escape, the magazine writes:
“We suggest spending plenty of time in Coral Bay on the eastern side of the island, which is more laid-back and less commercial. A few days here and you’ll forget what snow even feels like. Well, almost . . .”
See you soon!
